摘要
介绍了在远程教育中将数据挖掘机制引入智能答疑系统的方法,对用户提问信息以及网络日志进行预处理和特征信息抽取,得到新的知识库和知识点,从而更新和改进知识库结构,为学习者提供有效的远程学习资源。
This paper presents the design of the enquiring/answering system for distance learning employing data mining technique. The users＇ query information and the web log are preprocessed to extract its characteristics. The structure of original knowledge base is updated in accordance with the new knowledge base and knowledge point. It provides more effective distance learning resource.
