摘要
大学生择业问题已引起了全社会的关注,也成为我们必须面对的新课题。本文结合毕业生问卷调查,分析了毕业生的择业取向现状,揭示了影响毕业生择业的诸种因素,并提出了毕业生择业的指导对策建议。
Choosing career is a concern of the whole society and a new subject we must face. The article analyses the situation through questionnaires, explains different factors affecting career choosing and suggests guidelines and strategies for college graduates.
