摘要
为了有效抑制酸性条件下金属制品的腐蚀,开发新型高效、低剂量、环境友好的酸性介质缓蚀剂配方具有重要意义。合成了新型巯基三唑缓蚀剂(简称为PASMT),利用动电位扫描极化曲线法和交流阻抗法研究了PASMT与十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(简称为“1227”)在1.0mol/LHCl介质中对Q235钢的协同缓蚀作用。结果表明,PASMT和“1227”之间存在着良好的协同效应。“1227”通过对PASMT中非极性基团屏蔽作用的强化、补充和完善,使二者复合后对HCl介质中碳钢腐蚀具有很好的抑制作用。同时,利用Bockris$CSwinkels吸附等温方程计算了PASMT-“1227”协同缓蚀体系的相关吸附热力学函数。
It is imperative to develop novel acid corrosion inhibitors of easy operation, high inhibition efficiency, low usage dose, and good environmental acceptability for the purpose of reducing metal corrosion in acidic medium. Thus a novel mercapto-triazole compound, i.e., 3-phenyl-4-aminosalicylidene-5-mercapto- 1,2,4-triazole (coded as PASMT) was synthesized. The synergistic inhibition effect of PASMT and dodecyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride (coded as “1227”) was investigated by means of potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The thermodynamic parameters of adsorption for the PABMT“1227” inhibiting system were determined according to Bockris-Swinkels isotherm model. The results indicated that the mercapto-triazole compound PABMT and quaternary ammonium salt“1227” had excellent synergistic inhibition effect to Q235 steel in 1.0 mol/L HCl. Namely, PASMT- “1227” system had better inhibition performance for the carbon steel in 1.0 mol/L HCl solution than each of the corrosion inhibitor alone. This could be because the organic quaternary ammonium salt “1227” was able to greatly strengthen the protection effect of the non-polar group in the PASMT molecule.
