摘要
目的:罗汉果甜苷的安全和功能性研究。方法:采用急性毒性实验,链脲佐菌素导致小鼠糖尿病模型、氨水致咳实验以及酚红刺激气管分泌实验,观察罗汉果甜苷的毒性,以及对小鼠血糖、咳嗽和气管分泌物的影响。结果:罗汉果甜苷的口服剂量大于15g/kg;对正常小鼠和糖尿病小鼠的血糖没有显著性影响;罗汉果甜苷可以显著降低小鼠的咳嗽次数,增加气管分泌物的量。结论:罗汉果甜苷属于无毒级物质,服用安全,具有止咳祛痰的作用。
Object: To study the safety and function of mogresides. Method: Acute toxicity test , the blood glucose levels and oral glucose tolerance test of diabetic mice and normal mice were assayed. The antitussive activities of mogresides were investigated through testing the cough times induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice and the expectorant activities were studied by testing the amount of phlegm secreted in mice. Result: The oral dose of mogrosides was higher than 15g/kg. No effect was found in the blood glucose levels of diabetic mice and normal mice. Mogrosides retrained mice' s cough resulted in Ammonia water, increased the density of phenol red secreted from windpipe of mice. Conclusion: The result showed the antitussive, expectorant activities of mogresides were significant, no anti-diabetic effect was found.
