摘要
目的观察穴位按摩对精神药物致尿潴留的疗效。方法将60例精神药物致尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给于穴位按摩等干预措施,对照组给于肌肉注射新斯的明药物治疗,比较两组疗效及依从性。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为86%和90%,差异无显著性。两组依从性分别为97和10,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论穴位按摩对精神药物致尿潴留的疗效较好,患者对治疗的依从性较高。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massotherapy on the retention of urine by psychoactive drug. Methods 60 cases of the retention of urine patients were randomly divided into treating groups and control groups. Patients in the treating were got the measures, acuponint massotherapy and so on, while the patients in the control were treated by injection neostigmine, then compared the effect and depending on. Results The rate of effect in two groups was the treaing 86% and the control 90%. The difference between the two groups were no significant, but the depending on in two groups was the treating 97% and the control 10%, and there were significant differences between the groups （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The efficacy of aeupoint massotherapy on the retention of urine by psychoactive drug is satisfactory and the degree depending on is higher.
