PVP与PVA对原位聚合导电聚苯胺薄膜的影响 被引量:10

The Influencing Effects of the Stabilizers of Polyvinyl-pyrrolidone and Poly(vinyl alcohol) on Conductive Polyaniline Films Prepared by In-situ Polymerization

摘要 分别以水溶性高分子聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为稳定剂,采用苯胺的分散聚合体系,在玻璃基片上原位沉积了表面光滑均匀、亚微米厚度的导电聚苯胺薄膜,改善了导电聚苯胺的加工性能。研究了薄膜的形貌、厚度及电导率。结果表明:聚苯胺薄膜表面光滑,黏附一些胶体粒子,以PVP为稳定剂制备的聚苯胺薄膜表观质量好于以PVA为稳定剂得到的聚苯胺薄膜,表面更加光洁致密;不同稳定剂影响聚苯胺薄膜厚度及性能,在其他实验条件相同的情况下,以PVA为稳定剂制备的聚苯胺薄膜厚度及电导率均高于以PVP为稳定剂制备的聚苯胺薄膜厚度和电导率。 It prepared the conductive polyaniline (PANI) films by in-situ deposition on glass substrate by use of the dispersion polymerization system and the water-soluble polymer of polyvinyl-pyrrolidone (PVP) or poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) to be as stabilizer. The films produced tobe so, of which the surface is smooth and uniform, the thickness is submicron thick and the processing of PANI film is improved. It studied the morphology, thickness and conductivity of PANI films. The results showed that the surface of films is smooth and adhered with some colloidal particles; the apparent quality of PANI film using PVP as stabilizer is better than that of PANI film using PVA is stabilizer, and the former is brighter and cleaner. The thickness and properties of the films vary with the different kinds of stabilizers. Under the same experimental conditions for the rest, the thickness and conductivity of the PANI film using PVA as stabilizer are better than those of PANI film using PVP.
