摘要
通过对新疆某油田所使用的扩孔钻头的扫描及三维模型重构的应用实例,介绍了逆向工程在工程产品开发中的应用;论述了利用逆向工程软件Imageware对扩孔钻头的点云数据进行处理和构造曲面过程,利用三维软件UGNX进行三维造型的过程,以及利用逆向工程技术检测加工后的扩孔钻头加工精度的方法。
In this paper, through an application example of scanning one kind of reamer aiguille used in an oil field in Xingjiang and reconstruction its 3D model, it introduces the concept and basic principle of reverse engineering, and its application in developing engineering products; it also discusses the procedure of suing reverse engineering software Imageware to process cloud data of reamer aiguille and construct its curve surface, the process of using 3D software UG NX to construct its 3D model, the way of using reverse engineering technology to measure the manufacturing precision of the produced reamer aiguille.
