摘要
聂荣臻作为新中国科技事业的卓越领导人,从辩证法高度提出要正确认识和处理我国科学技术发展中的几对关系,对这些对立统一关系的认识,反映了聂荣臻认识科研规律的具体化。认真探讨聂荣臻科技发展思想,对振兴我国的科技事业和全面建设小康社会,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
Nie Rongzhen, as a predominant leader of Chinese science and technology, brought forward his point of view, from dialectic aspect, that we should look on and treat couples of relations in the development of our science and technology. The understanding of these oppositional and unitary relations reflects the reification of Nie Rongzhen＇ s understanding of the rules of scientific research. It is of great importance both in theory and practice of summing up the science and technology cause and constructing the well-to-do society roundly, that we seriously probe into Nie Rongzhen＇ s ideology of developing science and technology.
