测定乙醇的光导型光纤传感器的研制 被引量:2

摘要 采用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为膜材料制备性能稳定的敏感膜,对制膜条件等进行优化,将敏感膜固定于光纤端头,设计出具有可方便拆卸的敏感膜的光纤探头,结合光纤传导技术制备性能良好的乙醇传感器。制备的乙醇光纤传感器在0-60%(v/v)乙醇浓度范围内,呈良好的线性关系。传感器对乙醇响应迅速(r〈308),对50%乙醇测定的相对标准偏差为0.3%(n=6),连续使用寿命超过64个月,抗干扰能力强,重现性和稳定性良好。该传感器用于酒类样品中乙醇含量的测定,结果与比重瓶法和气相色谱法一致,结果令人满意。 An ethanol sensor was developed useing polymer membrane and optical fiber technology. The sensitive membrane for the optical fiber ethanol sensor was prepared from polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) under optimized conditions. The performance of the PVDF membrane optical fiber sensor was investigated by determining the concentration of ethanol. The optical fiber ethanol sensor was linear in a wide range of ethanol concentration of 0 - 60% (v/v) and had a fast response time ( T 〈 30 s ). The relative standard deviation for 50 % ethanol was 0.3 % ( n = 6) and the lifetime exceeded six month. Signals were steady and not easily interfered. The sensor was used to determine the ethanol content in wine specimen and the results were consistent with those by gas chromatography and pycnometer methods.
