摘要
采用紫外光引发模式制备了甲基丙烯酸酯类毛细管整体柱,通过控制光照精确地控制了柱床的长度及边界。将环糊精(-βCD)共价连接到了高分子聚合物链上作为手性选择剂,在碱性环境下以液相色谱模式实现了在人体的代谢反应中有着重要作用的FITC标记的D,L-苯丙氨酸的分离,理论柱效125 000 p lates/m,并分析了流动相性质对分离的影响。
Monolithic capillary columns based on polyacrylamides with UV initiated technology were made, and the length and boundaries of the column bed were made precisely through adjustment of UV radiation. β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) was bonded to the porous polymers of columns, which served as chiral selector. FITC labeled chiral amino acids, which had important impacts on metabonomics in vivo, were separated and detected by laser induced fluorescence(LIF) detection using liquid chromatography mode under an alkaline condition. Theoretical number of the column was about 125 000 plates/m. The influence of the mobile phase on the chromatographic performances was analyzed.
