摘要
在被儒家伦理观念笼罩的社会生活中,通过儒学的“公私之辨”,也能彰显出一种儒家的公德精神;但通常是在一种巨大的伦理危机的情境中,才能将这种精神激活。儒学主要是通过伦理关系来实现自我认同、社会认同的理论特性,使儒家在公共生活领域中发生认同障碍,阻滞了道德感情和道德行为的释放,表现为公德的缺弱。这里是儒学笼罩不住的空间,但也是儒学会有新的生长的空间。
In the social life governed by the Confueianist ethics, a kind of spirit of Confueianist public morality can be demonstrated through the debate on publicness and privateness. But usually it can only be activated in the circumstances of great ethical crisis. The characteristics of Confueianist theory, which stipulates that the self and social identification is mainly realized through ethical relationship, make Confueians run into obstacles on identification in the field of public life, and hinder the release of moral feelings and actions, thus express as the weakness in public morality. It is one space beyond the shroud of Confucianism, yet can be regarded as the space for its new growth.
