摘要
在酸性条件下,乌洛托品与亚硝酸盐发生亚硝化反应,生成的亚硝化衍生物在碱性溶液中于-1.65 V(vs. SCE)产生一个灵敏的极谱波,导数波高与乌洛托品的浓度在5×10-6~4×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3×10-6 mol/L,据此建立了一种测定微量乌洛托品含量的极谱分析新方法.该法简单、快速、灵敏,已成功地用于废水和消炎药剂中乌洛托品的测定.
Nitrosation product can produce a sensitive polarographie wave at 1.65 V in pH9 solution after methenamine reacts with nitrite in pH 2.0 hydrochloric acid. The derivative wave height is linear with the concentration of methenamine in the range of 5 ×10^-6 -4 ×10^- 4mol/L, and the detection limit is 3 ×10^-6mol/L. The polarographie behavior of the wave is studied. The electrode reaction mechanism is also given. The new method is sensitive and selective, and is used to determine methenamine in waster ware and antiphlogistic drug with satisfactory results.
