摘要
博士研究生教育是国家最高学历教育,直接关系着“人才强国”战略的实施。为提高博士研究生教育培养质量,反思了多年培养实践,提出了创新思维与创新能力的培养模式。模式是由思想品德、业务理论、实践能力三个方面组成。通过本模式的方式方法教育培养博士研究生可能达到提高质量之目的。
Doctoral graduate education is a country＇s highest level of education. In China,it has direct relation to the implementation of the strategy of making the country prosperous by talents. In order to improve the doctoral graduate education quality, we have researched and proposed innovative thinking and cultivation mode of doctoral candidates＇ innovation ability according to my practice of training. The mode is made up of 3 respects of morality, professinal theory and practice ability. Through the methods of this mode,the goal of raising the education quality can be achieved.
