摘要
目的探讨氧化电位水在喉头喷雾器喷头消毒中对普通细菌的消毒效果。方法随机抽取使用后的喉头喷雾器,分为两组。一组用氧化电位水冲洗喷头20s,另一组用浸有75%乙醇纱布擦拭喷头。两组分别于消毒前后采样,各取0.5ml标本接种于培养皿中,置37℃温箱中培养24h后进行细菌计数。结果氧化电位水冲洗20s后,细菌培养阳性率为16.25%;75%乙醇纱布擦拭后,细菌培养阳性率为12.50%,两2种消毒方法经2检验,消毒效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氧化电位水在耳鼻喉科门诊对喉头喷雾器喷头的消毒有效。
Objective To study the germicidal effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) on the disinfection of sprayer. Methods The sprayers were randomly sampled after they were used and were divided into two groups,which wcrc rinsed by EOW for 20 seconds and cleaned by 75% alcohol gauze respectively. Samples from the two groups of sprayers were cultured before and after disinfection,and the number of bacterium colony forming unit (CFU) were counted. Results After standard disinfection for 20 seconds using EOW,the positive bacterial rate was 16, 25 % ,while after cleaning with 75 % alcohol gauze,tbe positive bacterial rate was 12.50%. Chi - square test showed that there was no significant differcnce in the effect between the two disinfection methods ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion EOW is proved to be an effective disinfection method for sprayer in otorhinolaryngology clinic.
