摘要
公民诉讼制度是美国环境保护法律制度的特色之一,探讨了美国公民诉讼制度的形成、内容及其性质,并指出了我国现行环境诉讼制度的一些不足。通过对比,以期对我国环境法制的完善有所裨益。
Citizen＇ s lawsuit system is one of the characteristics of the legal system of USA＂ s environmental protection. In this paper the forming, contents and nature of American citizen＇ s lawsuit system are discussed, pointing out some shortcomings in envirenment lawsuit system of China and offering references for the improvement of China＇s environmental law through comparisons.
