蔬菜中农药残留量的生物化学检测 被引量:24

摘要 应用敏感家蝇的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)检测了蔬菜中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药的残留。若以抑制酶活性16%的剂量为检出标准,对上述两类农药的灵敏度分别为0.00027~1.3632μg和0.0015~0.5205μg。方法回收率为70%~103%。对AchE抑制法的实际应用效果进行田间验证,并结合生物测定法抽检了昆明的市售蔬菜。结果表明:在受农药污染的样本中,有50%的污染是由有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药造成的。 The residues of organophosphates and carbamates in vegetables were tested by acetylcholinesterase (AchE) of sensitive house flies(Muxca domestica).If the standard of detection was a dosage of inhibiting 16% of AchE activety, sensitivities toorganphosphates and carbamates were 0.00027-1.3632μg and 0.0015-0.5025μg,respectively.The recoveries of the method ranged betweeh 70% and 103%.AchE's inhibitory method were confirmed in the field.In cooperation with bioassay,the samples of vegetables collected from Kunming markets were detected by the method.The results showed that 50% polluted vegetable samples came from abusing organophosphates and carbamates in the field.
