摘要
目的:研究安卡红曲(Monascusanka)中的化学成分。方法:95%乙醇提取液提取,硅胶柱层析法分离化合物。运用光谱技术确定化合物结构。结果:分得6个化合物,分别为ankadilactone(1)、红曲菌素(monascin,2)、红曲菌黄素(ankaflavin,3)、甘露醇(galactitol,4)、赤藓醇(mesoerythritol,5)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,6)。结论:化合物1为新天然产物,首次对它的碳氢信号进行归属。化合物4,5,6为首次从该属中分离得到。
AIM: To isolate and elucidate compounds of Monascus anka. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica column chromatography. The structures were elucidated by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, DEFT and ESI-MS methods. RESULTS: Six compounds were obtained and identified as ankadilaetone ( 1 ), monascin (2), ankaflavin (3), galactitol (4), meso-erythritol (5) and daueosterol (6). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new natural product and compounds 4 - 6 are isolated from Monascus genus for the first time.
