摘要 首先给出廉价的LED(发光二极管)多位数码管驱动电路,指出产生各数码管显示亮度不均匀的原因是流过各管的电流Ii不相等,然后提出在动态扫描子程序中将各管点亮的时间长度Ti(=NTz)分割成N(=8~18)份Tz(=0.1 ms),用键盘操作改变各管的N值,使各管的IiTi值都相等,从而调匀各管显示亮度.该方法已在称重系统中得到成功应用.文中还介绍了克服数码管闪烁、增强数码管亮度、增大I/O端口驱动能力和抗干扰能力、多面显示同样字符时减少连线和降低施工难度等原则或方法. First, the paper offers the Drivers Circuit of the cheap Number LED Display and points out that the reason why each tube shows different brightness is that the current Ii flows through each tube unequally. Then the paper proves the following method: the dynamic scanning sub-procedure is able to separate the time length Ti(=NT,) which lights up each tube into N(8 - 18)Tz(0. 1 ms), use the keyboard to change the N value of each tube and make IITi value of each tube the same, and eventually equally adjust the brightness of each tube. The method has been applied in the weighing system. Furthermore, the paper offers a principle or way to control the blinking of the number LED display, enhance its brightness, strengthen I/O port's drive ability and its anti-interference, reduce the amount of wires to display the same signs in different places and thus make the whole process more operational.
