摘要
目的:探讨双J管在输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术中作内引流的临床疗效。方法:应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石技术治疗输尿管结石118例,常规放置双J管。结果:双J管引流可靠,无1例发生堵管或并发泌尿系感染情况。结论:双J管固定可靠,无滑脱之忧,有助结石排出,减少并发症。
Objective： To evaluate clinical use of double J tube as an endo - sent in the Swiss lithoclast pneumatic lithotriptor in the endoscopic management of urinary calculi. Methods： 118 patients with stone in ureter were treated with the above -mentioned lithotriptor routine indwelling double J tube. Results： Double J tube drainage has been perfect with no occurrence of tube occlusion and free from urinary infection. Conclusion： Double J tube could be reliably kept in place and well retained with no dislocation of the tube ever observed. Help urinary calculi pass spontaneously and reduce complication happened.
