摘要
本文采用光累积型高灵敏度微光CCD摄像机,研究在不同基片上的同种血液经不同的光激发后所产生的荧光及其变化情况。初步结果表明,不同的基片及激发光对血液荧光有一定的影响。
In this research, the fluorescence excited by same of blood on different basal-slicewas investigated. And the light-accumulated and high-sensitivity weak-light CCD camerawere used in it. The preliminary results showed that： the different basal-slice and excitedlight had the different effects on flood fluorescence.
