摘要
通过KJELTEC2300全自动定氮仪对羊肉中的挥发性盐基氮进行测定,经精密度、再现性等指标检验,说明应用KJTELC2300全自动定氮仪测定此项目,自动化程度高,操作简单,试验结果准确,重现性、再现性好,工作效率是常规方法的3～5倍.
TVB-N was analysed by KJELTEC System 2300, through examining several indexes which return and reappear ability. As a result of test, KJELTEC System 2300 is faster and more automatic than conventional way, and operation is easy, and the result is more precise and it has better repeatability and the reproducibility is higher, it＇ s working efficiency is 3 - 5 times higher than the conventional way.
