摘要
利用镰刀菌酸(FA)为胁迫剂,以节瓜不定芽为筛选材料,进行节瓜抗枯萎病变异体离体筛选技术的研究,初步试验结果表明FA胁迫的适宜浓度为75~100mg/L。经过筛选的细胞系对FA的抗性较未经筛选的细胞系明显增强。初步建立了节瓜抗性变异体离体筛选体系,获得了抗FA变异体再生植株的自交种子。
Selection in vitro for the mutants with Fusarium acid (FA) resistance in chieh- qua was carried out. The result showed that the suitable concentration of FA for selection was 75~100 mg/L. The resistance to FA of the selected - colonies was higher than that of tile un-selected. The systcm of sclcetion in vitro for the resistant mutants in Chieh-qua was established. The inbreeding seeds of mutants were obtained.
