摘要
新时期新形势对高校学生提出了新的要求。掌握高校学生个体需要的特征,运用管理心理学的“需要”理论,明确开展思想工作的思路,树立威信,注重感情,对有效开展高校学生思想政治工作,具有重要的现实意义。
Nowadays, the college students are required highly under the new situation. For carrying out the ideological political work for college students, it is significant to grasp the characteristics of individual needs, apply the theory of needs, define the thinking of ideological work and set up the authority as well.
