摘要
本文提出大气中SO_2的化学发光分析法。方法以酸性K_2Cr_2O_7溶液为吸收液吸收大气中的SO_2生成Cr^(3)。通过Lumino/-H_2O_2-Cr^(3+)体系的化学发光反应间接测定SO_2的含量。工作曲线在1.0×10^(-4)~1.0×10^(-7)mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为2.3×10^(-8)mol/L。相对标准偏差小于2%。本方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,与盐酸副玫瑰苯胺比色法比较,结果一致。
A new method for determination of SO_2 by using chemiluminescence analysis is proposed in the paper. The process is that SO_2 in the air is absorbed into the solution of K_2Cr_2O_7 and the Cr(Ⅲ) is generated. And then, the SO_2 is indirectly determined by using Chemiluminescence analysis of Cr(Ⅲ) with Cr(Ⅲ)-Luminol-H_2O_2 system. The detection limit is 2.3×10^(-8) mol/L. The linear range of working curves is 1.0×10^(-4)~1.0×10^(-7) mol/L. The RSD is less than 2%. The results demonstrate that the method is rapid, accurate and sensitive.
