摘要
民营经济在国民经济发展中起到了重要作用,是中国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。民营经济的发展受着外部环境的制约,仍然存在很多需要克服的障碍。国家应采取适当的财税政策,推进民营经济的健康持续发展。
People-run economy has great vitality itself, and which has become the important forming part of the socialist market economy as well as the new economic increasing point. But there are some limits for the development of people-run economy. After entering new century, we must adopt proper financial and taxation policy to prompt its development.
