蒙脱石对胆酸的体外吸附

External Absorption of Montmorillonite to Cholic Acid

摘要 胆酸经硫酸溶液脱水后在387±1nm处有最大吸收,用紫外分光光度法测定胆酸吸光度与浓度的关系,得标准曲线,此法灵敏度高,准确,稳定性好。测蒙脱石对胆酸吸附的吸光度,由标准曲线找出对应胆酸的浓度,然后可计算出蒙脱石对胆酸的体外吸附率。本文就钠基蒙脱石、浙江蒙脱石、酸型蒙脱石对胆酸的吸附作用进行了研究。 Cholic acid has the maxium absorption at 387± 1 nanometre after taking off it's water by sulphuric acid. The relation between the absorption luminosity and density can be measured by UV spectrometry. Standard curve was obtained by this method which has good sensitivity. It is also accurate and stable. Measuring absorption luminosity oF montmorillonite to cholic acid, we can find the corresponding cholic acid's concentration, then calculate montmorillonite's absorption efficiency to cholic acid. This paper did study to Na-montmorillonite, Zhejiang montmorillonite, acid montmorillonite's absorption effect to cholic acid.
