摘要
乐昌含笑是中国特有的经济、园林树种之一;本文中,主要对乐昌含笑的生物学特性、播种繁殖育苗及组织培养进行了探讨。结果表明:乐昌含笑在播种繁殖时,完全成熟种子出苗率可达71%以上,种子切忌掠青,同时,圃地积水时间不宜太长;在进行组织培养时可优先考虑采用其茎作为外植体进行愈伤组织诱导,其诱导率可达50%。
Michelia chapensis is one of the endemic garden tree species in China. Biologic chara propagation and tissue culture of Michelia chapensis were researched. The results showed that that seedbed was waterlogged, the germination rate of mature seeds could he up to 71%, an must he abandoned.
