摘要
对湖南5个烤烟主产县(市)35份烟叶样品的的化学成分、评吸得分与烟样产地的33项主要气象数据进行了相关及回归分析,阐述了烟叶化学成分中的总糖、还原糖、烟碱、钾、总氯、糖氮比、糖碱比和烟叶评吸质量中的香气质得分、香气量得分、浓度得分、刺激性得分与烟叶产地烟季中的温度、日照、降水量、蒸发量、相对湿度等气候因子的关系。其中表现为极显著关系的指标有温度因素中的采烤期70 d积温、烟季≥35℃天数;光照因素中的烟季第2,3,5月日照百分率和日照时数、采烤期日照百分率和烟季日照总时数、日照百分率等因素。
The chemical contents, smoking evaluation squares of 35 tobacco leaf samples from 5 counties (city) where tobacco are produced as main crops , with 33 main data on climatic factors there are analyzed generally by correlation analysis and regression analysis. The relationship between total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, total chloride, ratio of sugar to nitrogen, ratio of sugar to nicotine, smoking evaluating squares of fragrance quality, fragrance quantity, concentration, incentive and atmosphere factors including temperature, sunshine, rainfall, evaporation, relative humidity during tobacco season is analized. Accumulated temperature during harvesting period days of T≥35℃ in 150 d of tobacco whole growth duration, average sunshine percent and sunshine hours per day in the 2nd 3rd 5th month in tobacco season, sunshine percent in harvesting period and total sunshine time and percent in tobacco season are extremely related with tobacco quality.
