摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了儿童常用蜡笔中可溶性铅、镉的含量。铅在0.05~10.00μg·mL^(-1)之间,镉在0.02~4.00μg·mL^(-1)之间具有良好的线性关系。方法的RSD≤4.13%。回收率在93.7%~104.5%之间,测定快速简便,结果准确。可用于蜡笔中可溶性铅、镉含量的监测。
The content of dissoluble lead and cadmium in crayon was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Both lead and cadmium have good linear relationship that lead is over the range of 0.05~10.00μg·mL^-1 and cadmium is over the range of 0.02~4.00μg·mL^-1. In the method, RSD is bellow 4.13% and recovery is over the range of 93.7 % ~104.5 %. The method is simple and accurate. It can be used as monitor method of dissoluble lead and cadmium in crayon.
