摘要
介绍了一种光纤荧光温度传感器的设计与制作。其原理为由紫外灯发出的紫外光被调制成脉冲激励光,通过探头产生荧光。用两个频谱分量不同的光电二极管将光信号转换成电信号,经过信号处理得到相对光强与温度的关系。
This paper introduces the design and manufacture of a kind of fiber-optic fluorescence temperature sensor. Its principle is that ultraviolet light from ultraviolet Hg lamp is modulated to pulsed light, stretching forward to produce the fluorescence. Light signal is converted to electric signal using two light-electricity diode with different frequency and the relation of the temperature with light intensity is obtained through signal processing.
