摘要
应用傅里叶变换近红外光谱分析技术(FT-NIR),测定了934个具有代表性的卷烟纸和成型纸样品的近红外透射光谱数据.同时采用行业标准方法测定了卷烟纸和成型纸定量、厚度、透气度、水分、灰分、抗张强度(伸长率、拉力)的物理指标数据.利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)结合傅里叶变换近红外透射光谱,分别建立了卷烟纸定量、厚度、透气度、水分、灰分的数学模型;并在显著性水平大于0.05的条件下,将模型的预测值与行业标准方法测定的结果相对比,两者无显著性差异.该分析方法用于对卷烟纸物理指标的测定,具备同时、快速、准确、操作简单、无污染等特点.
By using the Fourier transform near infrared (FT- NIR) spectrometry, the mathematical model of some physical parameters (including weight, thickness, ventilation, moisture content and ash content) of cigarette paper has been established with partial least squares(PLS). In comparison with the standard analytical method, the results obtained through the model method are reasonable. And the method discussed in this paper has some characteristic advantage: rapid, simple, accurate, free from pollution and high Automation.
