摘要
简要分析了锌锰电池正极工艺改进措施和废弃锌锰电池的正极材料的回收处理思路。提出了在锌锰电池正极材料中加入一定比例的高锰酸钾添加剂及用其他卤化物代替氯化物的设想,以提高电池的放电容量。从理论上分析了废弃锌锰电池正极材料回收的可能性。
Measure of the positive electrode process of Zn-MnO2 battery and the recycle of positive electrode material of Zn-MnO2 were proposed in this paper. It was assumed that adding certain proportion KMnO4 to the positive material of Zn-MnO2 battery, and substituting for chloride by other halide to improve the discharge capacity of batteries. And the possibility of recycle of the positive materials in used Zn-MnO2 batteries was analyzed in theory.
