个体化切削对矫正视力达不到正常近视眼的治疗

摘要 目的:探讨个体化切削对矫正视力达不到正常近视眼者的治疗方法.方法:对最佳矫正视力≤0.8者30例、53眼行波前像差引导的个体化切削术,18~35岁,平均23.9岁.结果:术后随访6月以上,裸眼视力≥1.0者26眼,占49%.不同像差组中,以三阶像差组效果最好,达68.4%.结论:个体化切削通过像差矫正使矫正视力达不到正常近视眼视力者得到提高,部分患者获得正常视力. Objective: To evaluate the effect of customized ablation for myopia which can not reach normal by corrrective therapy. Methods: Fifty - three eyes of 30 patients aging from 18 to 35 years whose best corrected vision acuities were ≤0.8, were operated on with customized ablation. Results: All patients were post - operatively followed up for over 6 months, and the uncorrected vision acuity was ≥ 1.0 in 26 eyes(49.0% ). Among the difference groups, the 3rd abbration group received the best effect with a rate of 68.4%. Conclusion: The customized ablation with wavefront abbration can make the eyes get better vision, even make some get normal vision acuity.
