摘要
采用聚内烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析中国菊花２０个品种的过氧化物酶同工酶，依据品种的酶带数，及酶活性强弱的标准差分析进行分类，探讨此种分类法与自然分类的吻合性。
The peroxidase isoenzymes of 20 varieties of chrysanthemum were analysed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrcphorisis.The similarity of isoenzyme and natural chassification was studied,according to the peroxidase isoenzyme eymogram and standard deviation of isoenzyme band intensity
