摘要
铁催化剂以及钾/锰改性后的铁催化剂在经过碳化预处理后催化剂的结构变化情况存在明显差异。经过350℃下的碳化预处理后,未改性的铁催化剂可以从Fe2O3完全转化成碳化铁;对于钾改性的铁催化剂来说只有经过H2预还原后,样品的碳化过程才可能完成;而对于引入锰助剂后的催化剂,在本文所考察的碳化条件范围内,碳化过程都没有能够完成,也就是说当向铁催化剂体系中引入钾或者锰助剂后,预处理过程中的碳化进程受到了不同程度的阻碍。
Through the experiments of carburizing pretreatments on the iron based catalysts, it was observed that for the pure iron sample, the transformation from Fe2O3 to iron carbide can be achieved by carburization at 350℃, while for the K-modified sample, the process of carburization was inhibited and the complete carburization can only be accomplished with a procedure of H2 prereduction prior to the CO carburization. The process of carburization was inhibited even harder on the Mn-modified sample so that the carburizing process did not complete in either of the conditions operated in the experiment.
