摘要
普通玉米与Stock6杂交,单倍体诱导率为0.56%~2.52%,平均诱导率为1.14%;单倍体自然加倍率为9.64%~16.53%,平均为12.00%。单倍体加倍成二倍体纯系中,父母本的基因频率为1:1,表明单倍体的发生是一种完全随机的现象。当Stock6单个精核参与受精时,具有与卵细胞选择受精的特性。研究结果表明,利用玉米Stock6诱导单倍体,加倍成二倍体纯系,是快速选育玉米自交系的有效方法之一。
Crossing common maize with inbred Stock6 induced 0.56% -2.52% of haploid plants (1.14% in average), with natually doubling rate being 9.64% -16.53% (12. 00% in average).The 1:1 gene frequency of male and female parents among pure lines of double haploids showed that emergence of haploid was a complete random phenomenon. Single sperm nucli of Stock6 often selectly fertilized with ootids. Results showed that inducing haploid from Stock6 and doubling it to get double haploid was an efficient way for rapid creating maize inbred.
