摘要
糖尿病是一种糖代谢紊乱引起的疾病。米格列醇作为一种新型α-糖苷酶抑制剂,能够有效治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病,并已迅速成为首选药物。本文综述了米格列醇的发展、生物合成及其药效的研究。
Diabetes is a kind of disease that disturbs man＇s gly-metabolize To be a new alpha-glucosidase inhibitor,the anti-diabetic drug miglitol was the first choice for the therapy of type Ⅱ diabetes. This paper reviews some studies about its finding,biosynthesize and pharmacodynamic.
