摘要
进入21世纪以来,跨国制药公司生存、经营和竞争环境发生了巨大变化,这些变化促使制药业跨国公司在竞争理念,投资战略、经营战略、研发战略和管理体制等方面进行了相应调整,从而在发展中呈现出新特点。本文在归纳了这些特点的基础上分析了其对我国医药产业发展的影响及启示,并提出了相应的政策建议。
Great changes in the environment of survival, operation and competition for pharmaceutical multinational corporations （PMGs） have taken place since the 21 century, which leads the PMCs to adjust their competition concepts, the strategies of investment, operation, R＆D, and management system, respectively. Therefore, in the development of PMCs, some new characteristics come into being. Based on the description of the new trends, this paper analyzes the influences and implications for the development of pharmaceutical industry in China, and some suggestions have been put forth.
