A Statistic Analysis of Early Failure Rates of Large-Size Generating Units

摘要 提出了一种利用时齐的Po isson过程(HPP)模型和Lap lace检验来计算大型发电机组故障率的新方法,并应用该方法对华东地区9台300 MW发电机组的现场运行数据进行了分析和计算.结果显示,发电机组的故障发生规律服从分段指数分布,故障率呈分段变化,且在给定的显著性水平下分段结果和故障率变化规律是唯一的. A new method, using the homogeneous Poisson process (HPP) and the Laplace test, was proposed to analyze and calculate the failure rates of large-size generating units. This method was applied to the analysis of failure data from nine 300 MW generating units operating in Eastern China. The results of analysis show that the failure processes of large-size generating units can be modeled by the piecewise HPP, and the failure rates of units change by stage. For each unit, under a given level of significance, the segmentation of the whole failure interval is unique, as well as the outcome of calculation.
