摘要
随着信息技术和网络化向各个行业的延伸,实时监测已经成为机械设备监测的一种需要。而实时数据如何存取,采集后的这些历史数据如何为以后的故障诊断服务,在企业中如何来组织这些数据,是我们所要思考和解决的问题。所提出的基于网络的远程监测和故障诊断系统的数据库系统,正是基于上述的考虑,介绍了三个层次的数据库系统:企业监测站、企业监测中心和远程故障诊断中心。解决了实时数据的存取,历史数据的压缩,企业信息的管理等问题。整个库系统使用UML建模,对数据库系统进行了细致的分析和构造。
As information and network technology spread in the field of almost every industry, real-time monitoring has become a kind of need of mechanical equipment monitoring. However, how to get real-time date and how to make the sampled data serve for the later fault diagnosis, and how to organize these data in the enterprise are problems to be considered. According to the former consideration, a database system of network based remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system is referred to in the paper. There are three parts in the system: enterprise monitoring station, enterprise monitoring center and remote data diagnosis center. Some problems such as real-time data access, history data compression and enterprise information organization are solved in the system. The whole database system is designed by UML and well constructed.
