摘要
中国的中小企业在国民经济中的地位越来越重要,然而其自身存在的主客观条件影响了其稳 步发展,为了使中小企业发展战略更具科学性,中小企业在制定发展战略时应从智猪博弈模型中得到启 发,联系自身的优势、劣势和特点,避免与大企业的直接冲突,走特色经营道路,尤其注重与大企业以及 同行业的中小企业联盟,最终将会获得“双赢”。
The development of the small enterprises is playing more and more important part in our national economy. However, there are restricting elements in the course of development. In order to make the development strategies more scientific, small enterprises should learn from the ＂clever pig game＂ mode, consider the superiority, the inferiority and the characteristic. They should avoid conflicts with large enterprises and should develop themselves through characteristic management . The most important thing for a small and rain-sized enterprise to do is ally themselves with a large enterprise. In this way both large enterprises and small enterprises will benefit from such alliance.
