摘要
随着他汀类药物在临床上的广泛应用,其降脂作用和各种降脂外的疗效在很大程度上减少了心血管事件发生的风险。同时,人们也对他汀类药物和心血管事件在循证医学的关系上产生了浓厚的兴趣,一系列大规模的临床试验正试图评价他汀类药物对各种心血管事件的切实疗效,现就此方面作一综述。
The treatment of cardiovascular diseases with statins predominantly reduces cardiovascular risk in a wide variety of patients. Meanwhile,there is increasing interest in the relationship between statins and cardiovascular events in evidence-based level. Serial large scale clinic trials are on going to evaluate the real therapeutic effect of statins on cardiovascular events.
