摘要
优化设计是将最优化理论和计算技术应用于设计领域,为工程设计提供了一种重要的设计方法。MATLAB优化工具箱具有编程工作量少、语法符合工程设计要求的特点,本文利用优化工具箱以行星齿轮和中心轮的质量最小为目标函数对行星齿轮减速器进行快速优化设计,并给出了行星齿轮优化设计的具体实例,与原设计方案相比,取得了良好的优化效果。
Optimal design is an important design method which applies optimization theory and arithmetical technology in design field to offer project design. It is easier to program with optimization toolbox and its expression is accorded with project design well. In this paper, optimal design of a gear reducer is conducted using optimization toolbox, taking the minimal quality of planetary wheel and center wheel as the objective function. The example of optimized design of planetary gear reducer is given thereafter. Compared with the former project, it gets good optimization effect.
