摘要
目的:了解深圳市售化妆品中使用防腐剂种类及重金属含量情况。方法:采用HPLC法、FPD-GC法、分光光度法分析分妆品中9种防腐剂。采用ICP-MS法分析化妆品中的Pb As Cd Hg。结果:化妆品中最常用的防腐剂是对羟基苯甲酸酯类:祛斑类化妆品样品中汞含量严重超标;FPD-GC法测定卡松的检出浓度为0.75μg/g,HPLC法测定卡松的检出浓度为4μg/g;甲醛检出率37%。结论:FPD-GC法测定卡松灵敏度较高。甲醛检出率较高,可能与某些防腐剂释放甲醛有关。
Objective: To understand both the kinds of preservatives and contents of heavy metal in cosmetic. Methods. The content of 9 preservatives in cosmetics were determined by HPLC, FPD - GC and Spectrophotometry. The determination of As, Cd, Pb and Hg was analysed by ICP- MS. Results. It was clear that the most popular preseratives of cosmetics were parabens, the content of mercury exceeded the standard seriously in the cosmetics .sample, the lowest detection concentration of Kathon was 0.75μg/g when using FPD-GC, it was 4μg/g when using HPLC, the detectable rates for formaldehyde was 37% in the samples. Conclusion. In these methods for kathon detection, FPD- GC is more senstitive, The free formaldehyde in cosmetic products are released by certain formaldehyde releaser.
