低剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员细胞遗传学的影响 被引量:16

EFFECT OF LOW-DOSE IONIZING RADIATION ON RADIATION WORKERS IN CYTOGENETICS.

摘要 目的:对长期接触低剂量电离辐射的放射工作人员的辐射防护进行监测,分析职业性低剂量受照人群细胞遗传学变化特点。方法:外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变分析采用微量全血培养法,微核测定采用甲基纤维素法。结果:414名放射工作人员染色体平均畸变率、检出率分别为0.048%和3.92%;染色体平均畸变低于正常值0.14%[1,2];平均微核率、检出率分别为0.423‰和23.43%,平均微核率在正常范围(0—3‰)[1,2]之内;染色体畸变率和微核率都高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。不同工种、工龄、性别的放射工作人员染色体畸变率和微核率均无统计学意义。结论:应加强对放射工作人员的辐射防护工作,细胞遗传学变化特点与电离辐射的种类、强度及放射人员工龄、个人累及剂量等有关。 Objective: To monitor the radiation protection of the low-dose ionizing mdiological workers and to analyse the characteristic of cytogenetics changes of low-dose radiological workers. Methods: The chromosome aberrations and the rate of micronuclei in peripheral lymphocytes were examined. Results: The average values of chromosome aberrations rote and the detection rate were 0.048% and 3.92%, the former was lower than the normal value (0.14%); the average value of micronucleus cells rate and the detection rate were 0.423‰ and 23.43%, the former was lower than the normal values (0 - 3‰). The rates of chromosome aberrations and micronuclei were significantly higher than those of control group, and there was no significantly different between work types, years of radiation work and sexes. Conclusion: It is suggested that the work of the radiation protection of the radiological workers should be strengthened, the characteristic of cytogenetics changes are related with the kinds, the quantity, the dose of ionizing radition, the radition-exposed working period and addition dose.
