摘要
为了推进工程机械行业中小企业的企业信息化,针对我国工程机械行业多品种、小批量或单件生产的生产特点,提出了一套多层次、结构柔性的多级和多段分类编码方法,列举了产品模型、部件、零件、标准件等具体事物类别的编码规则及其码段定义。通过湖南山河智能机械股份有限公司的应用证明,该编码方法具有较强的灵活性与较广的适应性。
To promote information--oriented small and medium--sized enterprises in construction machinery industry, combining production characteristics of many varieties, small batch or mono--set in these enterprises, an effective classification coding mode was proposed oriented to multilevel, flexible structure and multi-- segment code. Coding rules and coding definitions of production model, part, component part and standard part were enumerated. The code mode was proved to be effective by its implementation in Hunan SUNWARD Intelligent Machinery Co. Ltd, with higher flexibility and wider adaptability.
