C反应蛋白、胸腔积液对重症急性胰腺炎的早期识别作用 被引量:1

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)病情凶险而复杂,早期识别SAP对指导治疗、改善预后具有十分重要的意义.已有的APACHE-Ⅱ评分、Ranson评分虽有助于临床判断SAP,但完善评分需在48 h后才能完成,无法应用于早期诊断,且Ranson评分标准中的液体丢失难以精确把握,敏感性、特异性均不高.本研究拟探讨C反应蛋白(Creactive protein,CRP)、胸腔积液对SAP的早期识别作用.
