油污地甜高粱茎秆汁液制取酒精的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用正交试验的方法,以辽宁沈抚污灌区栽种的甜高粱茎秆为试材,研究了氮、钾、镁营养盐填加量 对酒精产率的影响,确定了甜高粱发酵酒精的适宜工艺。结果表明,在油污地栽种的甜高粱可用来发酵生产酒 精;在发酵液中添加0.5%的磷酸二氢钾,0.05%的硫酸铵,0.05%的硫酸镁,5-6 h后可得到较高的酒精产率(可 达理论产率的93%)。 By the method of orthogonal experiment, with the stem of sweet sorghum planted in the petroleum pollution soil in Liaoning province as experiment material, the influence of nitrogenous, potassic, and magnesian nutrition salt to the ethanol productivity has been studied. The suitable technology for producing ethanol from sweet sorghum fermentation is determined. The results indicated that the sweet sorghum from the pollution soil can be used to produce alcohol. The optimal blending quantity of these salts were potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.5%, th,, ammonium sulfate 0.05%, the magnesium sulfate 0.05%, after 5-6 h, can obtain the higher alcohol production rate, the ratio of ethanol conversion can reach to 93%.
