钴基氧化物热电陶瓷的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着可开发性能源的日益减少和环境污染问题的日趋严重,热电陶瓷作为一种能够实现热能和电能之间直接转换的功能陶瓷,其研究越来越受到重视。层状钴基氧化物由于具有优良的性能而成为有着广阔应用前景的一种热电陶瓷材料。本文回顾了热电材料的发展历史,阐述了与热电转换相关的一些理论基础以及良好热电材料所需具备的条件,指出钴基氧化物所存在的各种优缺点,并着重介绍了几种常见的钴基氧化物热电陶瓷材料的基本结构、性能特征与研究进展等。 With the decrease of energy sources that can be exploited and the severity of the environment pollutions, the thermoelectrics ceramics has become more and more attractive, which is a kind of the functional ceramics for thermal energy and electric energy conversion. Recently, the layered cobalt oxides have been extensively investigated as a promising candidate for a thermoelectric material because of their excellent thermoelectric properties. This paper reviews the history of thermoelectric material, talking about the thermoelectric effect and the qualification of good thermoelectric materials, described the problems existed in the Co - based oxides, introduced structure, properties of Co - based oxide thermoelectric ceramics and its progress.
