摘要从政治、经济、社会文化和技术四个方面分析了我国图书馆的宏观环境,从竞争对手、供应商和用户三个角度探讨了我国图书馆的微观环境,在此基础上,指出图书馆的优劣势,提出图书馆只有以服务为根本,以用户为中心,才能确保图书馆事业的健康、持续发展。 The article analyzes Chinese library＇s macro-environment consisting of political, economic, social and technological factors, and micro- environment from competitors, suppliers and users perspectives, discusses the advantages and disadvantages, and points out that library will keep sustainable development by emphasizing services and users.
